This cutie is made of vinyl and has an adorable “bow tie” on the front. Could use a little cleaning but the vinyl is in decent shape, only a few dings but no rips or tears. Teardrop shaped clasp still works and holds tightly. Measures roughly 6.5” at the base x 4.5” tall with a 3.5” tall chain strap.
