Marhoefer Pure Lard tin reads “4 pounds net weight • packed by Marhoefer Packing Company, INC Muncie, IND.” Research shows it being from the 1940’s. The colors are very vibrant and there is only a small amount of damage to the base. The handle and lid are both in working order.
