Happy Herman still in his original box which shows some wear due to its age, but is still intact. Box says parts made from Japan and Hong Kong but printed and packaged in USA by Larami Corp. I believe it is based on Alfred Neuman Mad Magazine character. Complete box stands approx. 7.75” tall x 3.5” wide x 2.5” deep and weighs about 0.25 lb(s).
