A very nice vintage stamp moistener. It is a porcelain trough to hold water, and porcelain wheel to bring it to the surface. The wheel has metal discs on each side. The bottom of the trough is embossed with Sengbusch Ideal Junior Milwaukee. Wis. Made in USA. This moistener is in very good condition, with no visible chips or cracks that I could see. Measures approximately 2.75” long x 2.125” wide x 2.25 to the top of the wheel and weighs about 0.75 lb(s).
