Cool, industrial looking old powder scale. Seems to be in working condition and no flaws that I could see. I’m no gunsmith, but having the correct amount of powder seems important, so you should definitely buy this. Roughly 9.75” long x 2 3/8” at the widest point. Embossed Herter’s brand and 1893 - not sure if that’s the year this was made or if Herter’s is just boasting about the year they conceived such a beautiful tool.
