I have named this heavy, abstract bird (Pelican/Toucan?) "Elmer." I don't know what material it is made out of, I just know Elmer is cool and needs a good home and was made in the Philippines. He measures approx. 16" wide across the base x 5" deep x 17" tall and weighs 17.5 lbs.
